Salt Lake City has been my home for most of my life. I bring deep local knowledge of Salt Lake City

neighborhoods, market trends, and community dynamics. I am particularly connected to Central Ninth, where

urban living and thoughtful development intersect, but I work throughout the valley and tailor my advice to

what fits each client? s goals.

I hold a bachelor? s degree in engineering from the University of Utah and bring a strong analytical mindset to

real estate. I also have more than a decade of hands-on experience managing my own rental and investment

properties, which allows me to advise clients from both a homeowner and investor perspective.

As a Certified Pricing Strategy Advisor, I use market data, pricing strategy, and negotiation to help clients

make confident decisions and achieve strong outcomes. My work spans single-family homes, condos,

multi-unit properties, land, and unique assets, with an emphasis on thoughtful, design-forward, and

investment-minded real estate.

I am a member of the Salt Lake Board of Realtors, the Rental Housing Association of Utah, and the Coldwell

Banker Executive Council. I also serve as a board member of the Central Ninth Community Council, a

501(c)(3) organization focused on neighborhood development, zoning, and land use.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy skiing, cycling, and running, and I am continually inspired by Utah? s landscapes
