I help clients buy, sell, and invest in residential and income-producing properties throughout Salt Lake County and the surrounding areas. My work includes first-time home buyers, relocations, luxury homes, and real estate investment properties.

Salt Lake City has been my home for most of my life. I bring deep local knowledge of Salt Lake City neighborhoods, market trends, and community dynamics, from the hilltop views of the Avenues and the old-world charm of Harvard-Yale to the character-filled homes of Liberty Wells. I am particularly connected to Central Ninth, where urban living, thoughtful development, and fine dining intersect. Whether you are relocating to Utah, purchasing your first home, or expanding a real estate investment portfolio, my goal is to guide you through a clear, informed, and well-managed process.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Utah and bring a strong analytical foundation to my real estate practice. Before transitioning into real estate, I worked in wealth management and held Series 6, 7, and 66 licenses. I also have more than a decade of hands-on experience managing my own rental and investment properties, which allows me to advise clients from both a homeowner and investor perspective.

My real estate practice focuses on residential homes, luxury properties, investment real estate, and design-oriented homes. I work across single-family homes, condominiums, multi-unit properties, land, and unique assets throughout Salt Lake County. As a Certified Pricing Strategy Advisor, I use market data, pricing strategy, and negotiation expertise to help clients make confident decisions and achieve strong outcomes.

I am a member of the Salt Lake Board of Realtors, the Rental Housing Association of Utah, and the Coldwell Banker Executive Council. I also serve as a board member of the Central Ninth Community Council, a 501(c)(3) organization focused on neighborhood development, zoning, and land use.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy skiing, cycling, and running, and I am continually inspired by Utah’s landscapes and community spirit.
